Loxosceles laeta es el nombre científico de la araña de rincón. el animal más peligroso presente en nuestro país.
Estamos claros que LAS ARAÑAS NO SON INSECTOS, pero he decidido que tambiés habrán fotografías de algunos artrópodos importantes de mencionar.
Las arañas pertenecen a la Clase Aracnida y esta especie es uno de los ejemplares más conocidos por el común de la gente.
Es importante porque es capaz de inocular un veneno citotóxico y proteolítico que puede producir necrosis de los tejidos.
Se encuentra en lugares y rincones oscuros y humedos, por lo cual es importante mantener un buen aseo en los hogares.
Su depredor natural es la ARAÑA TIGRE: Scytodes globula por lo que si la observas en tu casa, no la mates!
La araña de rincón es capaz de poner hasta 200 huevos, es un animal muy solitario que solo "sociabiliza" para la reproducción.
Esta fotografía fue obtenida anoche en la ducha de mi dpto.
Cuando no se molesta es un animal absolutamente inofencivo.
